Graphics Submission Guidelines
We have the capability to produce a wide range of graphics from product and services signs, banner frames, large format stretched fabric back walls to graphics large enough to wrap around an entire building,
We are always willing to accommodate you! However,
for quick service and to avoid delay, the following guidelines have
been provided for art submission.
To ensure your orders are processed in the fastest time possible with the least amount of problems, please use the following guidelines when preparing data files for output.
APPLICATIONS: Photoshop, Illustrator (Preferred) , QuarkXPress, Freehand, and PowerPoint in either MAC or Windows formats.
FILE PREPARATION:
Files should be sized at 100% output size or proportionately
scalable at 1/2 or 1/4 size. A supplied hard copy proof of each file
is always recommended.
All "placed or linked files", i.e.., tiff, psd, eps or jpeg
files must be provided at 100 dpi at their full output size. For
example: a 12" x 18" tiff file placed in a 20" x 24" poster graphic
must be provided at 100 dpi at it's full output size of 12" x 18".
Please include all placed or linked files with your data. Embedding files only will produce adverse results.
Please send editable files when possible.
For graphics that require bleed, please provide at least 1/4" bleed all around.
FONTS: Please convert fonts to paths whenever possible. Otherwise, please include all printer and screen fonts.
OUTPUT DEVICE FILE REQUIREMENTS:
• LIGHTJET PHOTOGRPAHIC OUTPUT:
RGB is preferred. Files should be a
minimum of 100 DPI at 100% output size.
• ROLAND OUTDOOR INKJET: CMYK is preferred. Files should be a minimum of 100 DPI at 100% output size.
• COLORSPAN WIDE FORMAT INKJET: RGB is preferred. Files should be a minimum of 100 DPI at 100% output size.
Pantone Colors are always converted to 4-color process.
